Otis Marshall
Resident Manager, 1634 Nuuanu AOAO Otis Marshall brings over three years of dedicated experience in condo management, specializing in managing high-rise associations and residential communities. Currently serving as the Resident Manager at 1634 Nuuanu AOAO, Otis oversees the daily operations of the building, ensuring smooth coordination between staff, vendors, and the board of directors. His responsibilities include managing building maintenance, security, and project oversight. Before taking on his current role, Otis was a Site Manager with NK Management, where he managed multiple properties, including Scenic Towers and Lalea AOAO. His diverse experience includes handling maintenance, vendor contracts, and security operations, making him well-versed in all aspects of condominium management. Otis is committed to fostering a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for residents. His hands-on management style and dedication to excellence have earned him the trust and respect of both residents and board members. In addition to his professional role, Otis volunteers with the Mo'ili'ili Resident Managers Association (MRMA), contributing his expertise to support fellow property managers in Honolulu. Randi Lau
Director of Business Development Seal Masters of Hawaii Randi Lau serves as the Director of Business Development at Seal Masters of Hawaii, where she leverages her expertise in strategic partnerships, client relations, and project management to drive the company’s growth and success in delivering premier building renovation services across the islands. Randi has a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar portfolios and fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, and design professionals. Her ability to collaborate effectively ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. She is dedicated to identifying new opportunities, cultivating long-term partnerships, and implementing initiatives that align with the company’s mission of excellence and client satisfaction. Outside of her professional role, Randi is actively engaged in community service. She serves as a Young Leaders Board (YLB) Member with Make-A-Wish Hawaii, helping to create life-changing experiences for children with critical illnesses. In additional to volunteering with MRMA, Randi also contributes to the Pacific Century Fellows program, reflecting her commitment to mentorship and community impact. Born and raised in Hawaii, Randi embodies the culture and values of her island home. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, and taking her dog, Kinako, to the beach.
