Resident Manager, 1634 Nuuanu AOAO Otis Marshall brings over three years of dedicated experience in condo management, specializing in managing high-rise associations and residential communities. Currently serving as the Resident Manager at 1634 Nuuanu AOAO, Otis oversees the daily operations of the building, ensuring smooth coordination between staff, vendors, and the board of directors. His responsibilities include managing building maintenance, security, and project oversight. Before taking on his current role, Otis was a Site Manager with NK Management, where he managed multiple properties, including Scenic Towers and Lalea AOAO. His diverse experience includes handling maintenance, vendor contracts, and security operations, making him well-versed in all aspects of condominium management. Otis is committed to fostering a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for residents. His hands-on management style and dedication to excellence have earned him the trust and respect of both residents and board members. In addition to his professional role, Otis volunteers with the Mo'ili'ili Resident Managers Association (MRMA), contributing his expertise to support fellow property managers in Honolulu.
