As a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa's Executive MBA program and a U.S. Navy veteran, Mano’s leadership is deeply rooted in service, integrity, and discipline. His commitment to excellence in property management is evident in his relentless drive to empower others and uplift industry standards. In his current role as the General Manager of the iconic Ilikai Hotel, Mano oversees operations of one of Hawaii’s most prestigious properties. His innovative approach has included the transition to cloud-based operations and the successful implementation of new technologies, streamlining communication between staff and residents. Michael GillWith over 17 years of experience in property management, Michael Gill is a seasoned professional in the high-rise condominium and townhome sector. Currently serving as the General Manager for Azure Ala Moana, a prestigious residential tower in the heart of Honolulu, Michael leads operations for 330 condominium residences and a dynamic retail plaza. His role involves managing a wide range of responsibilities, from staff oversight to strategic initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Before joining Azure Ala Moana, Michael served as the Resident Manager at Mott-Smith Laniloa, where he managed a team of 17 employees and oversaw multiple large-scale capital improvement projects, including lobby renovations, elevator modernizations, and concrete spall repairs. His hands-on approach and leadership skills ensured smooth daily operations while maintaining strong relationships with board members and residents. Michael's extensive experience includes significant positions at Hawaiian Properties, Ltd. and Certified Management (now Associa Hawaii), where he worked as Assistant Vice President and Account Executive. In these roles, he was responsible for financial oversight, maintenance operations, and resolving owner inquiries, consistently demonstrating his expertise in property management.
