Currently serving as the Resident Manager for AOAO Mott-Smith Laniloa, Michael manages a staff of seventeen employees and contract personnel. His responsibilities include addressing resident and board member concerns, crafting annual budgets, preparing board meeting materials, and supervising large-scale capital improvement projects. With a strong focus on excellence and efficiency, Michael ensures that every aspect of property management is conducted with precision and professionalism. Prior to his current role, Michael held significant positions at Hawaiian Properties, Ltd. and Certified Management (now Associa Hawaii), where he served as an Assistant Vice President and Account Executive, respectively. In these roles, he excelled in responding to owner and board member inquiries, managing financials, overseeing maintenance operations, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders. Michael's dedication to his profession is evident in his commitment to ongoing education and certification.
