In addition to providing to professional relief service,
Bruce can also help your Condominium improve the efficiency
of the maintenance operation and streamline office operations.
His goal is to save Association dollars and solve Condominium
problems efficiently.
PLACEMENT SERVICES
The key to a successful Condominium operation is finding
the right person to fulfill the Resident Manager position.
Each building has its very own unique needs and certain
people are more suited for a particular type of building.
Some prefer a smaller, one-man operation and others
prefer to manage a staff and still do some hands-on
work. Other Managers prefer to operate as a General
Manager type and delegate to staff the physical tasks
to be completed. All of these different kinds of Managers
are equally important in the jobs that they accomplish
for their associations. All are key to the success and
vibrancy of a condominium environment. He encourages
his Associates to get involved with Resident Manager
programs and Associations, including the IREM-ARM program.
He also encourages active involvement in the community,
including civic organizations churches and in our government
help make his Resident Managers a more well rounded,
knowledgeable persons!

PERIMETER OF SERVICES
Bruce's services are designed to be flexible to meet
the unique needs of particular buildings. He bases his
fees on an hourly rate. He also provides on-call pager
or cellular service for a daily fee rate. His costs
depend on the scope of his work. He provides Interim
Managers for all sizes and types of residential condominiums
and rental buildings. He is very flexible in the services
he provides. He looks forward to providing your Condominium
