(MRMA) is now featuring one property per quarter instead
of one monthly. The MRMA Featured Property for the First
Quarter of 2003 is The Waipuna!
The Waipuna, a 407-unit fee simple building, is located
at 469 Ena Road in West Waikiki. Apartments consist of
1,2,3 bedrooms and penthouses. There are 40 guest parking
stalls available.
Amenities include a swimming pool, squash court, tennis
court, fitness room, 2 saunas, library, driving range/putting
green and pavilion.
The Waipuna is a very popular building with a high owner
occupancy rate and one of the lowest maintenance fees
for a building of its type. It has a excellent friendly
staff. It also features a private lake with swans. It
is very homey for a building of its size. It is in walking
distance of Waikiki Beach.
