Duane A. Komine, ARM®

Duane Komine, ARM® has been resident manager
of Nauru Tower since 1992. He previously managed Royal
Capitol Plaza, Piikoi Tower and Crystal Park.
At this time, he chairs the Institute of Real Estate Management
(IREM) Hawaii Chapter #34, Accredited Residential Manager
(ARM®) Executive Committee.
His other active affiliations include the Hawaii Hotel
Security Association, Neighborhood Board #11, Moili´ili
Resident Managers Association (MRMA), American Heart Association,
State of Hawaii-Notary Public, International Lions Associations,
and the Honolulu Symphony society. Duane is also an accomplished
musician, performing with legends Roland Cazimero, Marlene
Sai and Danny Couch.

Duane was the recipient of the Condominium of the Year
Award 2000 and Manager of the Year Award 2000.
