According to Anthony Sedillo, Carlos has filled in as lead maintenance and assumed the work of two people. He has constantly improved his skill level with a willingness to take on new projects and challenges. He has been honest with limitations and always looks for ways to improve the building and make it safer.

"Carlos" Flaviano Lapurga was presented the Employee of the Month Award by Richard Larson while his site manager Anthony Sedillo looks on.
