at La Pietra Townhouses since November 2001.

Florentino is full-time employee working in landscaping and
maintenance at La Pietra Townhouses. Joy Zachary, resident manager,
says that Florentino, "is reliable, valuable, and punctual.
He is skilled in irrigation, fertilization, fungicide, herbicides,
and insecticides. He maintains all trees, shrubs, groundcover
and lawns. He heads up all painting projects, exterminates all
pests, etc. He has a sense of humor, is well-mannered and hardworking."
