MRMA Featured Property for August 2001: Waikiki Townhouse   MRMA is proud to present our featured property for August: Waikiki Townhouse! Waikiki Townhouse is located in the heart of Waikiki at 2421 Tusitala Street. The 30 story building features 104 one-bedroom (fee in negotiation) units. It has limited guest parking. The building is 60 percent owner occupied. Its position in Waikiki is close all the popular locations in Waikiki, the fun and excitement but off the beaten path of the crowds. The building also has a sundeck overlooking Waikiki Beach. There are great views: Mauka-Makai-Diamond Head-Ewa. Hawaiiana Management Company, represented by Mike Gordon, is the property management firm for the building. The building is well maintained, and the owners and tenants well taken care of by their professional resident manager, Benjamin T. Merritt. Benjamin's office hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and he can be reached via phone in Honolulu at 923-4541 or via e-mail here. Our featured Resident Manager for August is: Benjamin T. Merritt! Benjamin is one of the newer members of MRMA, but makes friends so readily he is already popular with all the resident managers. Even though he has only been the manager at Waikiki Townhouse for a short time, he is already establishing a reputation as one of the best resident managers in Honolulu.
